4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in INR (₹) unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at this time.

We accept secure online payments through approved payment gateways integrated with Shopify.

 

5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

  • Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
  • Ek Asha reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.
  • Customized or made-to-order products cannot be canceled once production has begun.

 

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days unless otherwise stated.
  • Delivery timelines may vary based on location and product type (Ready-to-Ship or Made-to-Order).
  • Ek Asha is currently delivering Pan India only.
  • International shipping is not available at present. For international shipping inquiries, customers may contact us via email, phone, or WhatsApp.
  • Ek Asha is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched.

 

7. Returns & Exchanges

  • We offer a 7-day exchange window strictly for size-related issues only.
  • To initiate an exchange, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery via call, WhatsApp, or email.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • Customized, altered, or made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Ek Asha reserves the right to reject any exchange request that does not meet the above conditions.

 

8. Customization Policy

Ek Asha offers limited customization services.

If a specific size is not available in our standard size range (for example, XXL or above), we can create the product based on our official size chart.

  • Custom orders must match our provided measurements.
  • Customized products are made specifically for the customer and are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Additional charges and extended delivery timelines may apply.
